All tours for the resort promotion must meet or exceed the following qualifications.

Currently this promotion is limited to qualifying couples (married or cohabitating).

MUST be Married or Cohabiting couple (not relatives), both spouses must attend the presentation together, no exceptions.

Guest must between the ages of 25 to 65 yrs old, If either are under 25 or over 65 Don't Qualify.

All tours must have a combined annual income of at least $75,000 per yr.

All tours must speak fluent English or Spanish. Both spouses must be fluent in one of these two languages.

Can not be already be on a Silver Lake Resort promotion.

Can not be staying at a Silver Lake Resort.

Can not have toured a Silver Lake Resort property in the last 18 months.

• Couples that are cohabiting, but not legally married can be toured under the married qualifications providing they have proof of same address.
  
  
• All tours must provide matching Governmental or State issued I.D's. (addresses have to match, live together)
  
  
• All tours must be employed full time. We accept retired if income, age, and credit card qualifications are met.
  
  
• All tours must present a major credit card or checkbook at the resort. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER.  Debit and ATM card are not accepted.
  
  
• Tour party size cannot exceed 4 Adults, up to 8 total people (10 for Hispanics).
  
  
• Locals must reside over 50 miles from the resort.
  
  
• Residents of the following states are not eligible for our current promotions: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota and South Dakota.
  
  
• Residents if the following countries are not eligible for our current promotions: Brazil Colombia Guatemala India Uruguay Venezuela

Payment Policies

Payment policy for travel 30 days in advance
(please review complete qualifications)

1. Nothing changed when taking reservation, only collecting payment info.


2. After we book and confirm your promotional vacation package your credit card with be charged $50.


3. You may reschedule your promotional vacation package 14 days prior to your check-in date, for a fee of $25 (may reschedule once).


4. Two weeks prior to your travel date, your credit card will be charged the balance of you promotional vacation package.


5. failure to reschedule their reservations at least two weeks prior to the arrive date will forfeit the Promotional Vacation Package and all monies paid.


6. No Shows- participants of this Promotional Vacation Package with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved arrival date or who fail to reschedule their reservations at least two weeks prior to the arrive date will forfeit the Promotional Vacation Package and all monies paid.


7. Failure to meet requirements at the time of travel, qualifications or failure to attend the required tour and sales presentation will forfeit the Promotional Vacation Package and all monies paid and will result in a $300.00 penalty charge by Promoresorts.com.



Payment policy for travel dates within 30 days

1. Nothing changed when taking reservation, only collecting payment info.


2. After we book and confirm your promotional vacation package your credit card with be charged $50.


3. Cancellations within 30 days  and not less then 14 days of the date of travel, will receive a refund less $50. Must be in writing (email accreted) to PromoResorts.com a MyPromoTickets.com company, a division of Ticket Mania International.


4. Two weeks prior to your travel date, your credit card will be charged the balance of you promotional vacation package.


5. You may reschedule your promotional vacation package 14 days prior to your check-in date, for a fee of $25 (may reschedule once).
